I'm an AI experience strategist and product designer who spent years figuring out that the best technology is invisible. What's visible is what it does for people: how it removes friction, restores confidence, and gives humans back the time to do the work only humans can do.

My career runs through the Air Force, Udemy, Emeritus, and now UMGC — where I'm building a product that will create a truly seamless and frictionless experience for over 90,000 learners. Every role, every project has had the same through-line: design the experience first, then build the system underneath it.

When I'm not building AI products, I'm tending to 300+ houseplants/outdoor vegetable garden, raising three great kids, and finding ways to make complex things feel simple.
